Description:

Our client is an oil and gas operating company based in Aberdeen. They have a requirement for a Process Engineer (operations) to join their expanding project team. Responsibilities include: preparation of metering and allocation philosophies and hydrocarbon accounting procedures; development of PDMS  infrastructure; development of PI – Process Book Master; assisting with the development of startup, operating instructions, procedures and routines; developing functional and performance tests of equipment, in close co-operation with project and commissioning personnel ensuring concise analysis and reporting on effectiveness of testing procedures; providing technical support to HAZOP’s and technical audits to ensure that operational issues are properly considered; liaising with project process personnel on production related problems in order to find solutions for the improvement of future operational efficiency; developing production performance indicators; and assistance in the preparation of flaring / discharge consents operations personnel.
