Description:

Our client is a major consultancy group operating globally in the Oil & Gas Industry. Permanent vacancies have arisen in their North West office for Process Safety Engineers. Candidates with a background in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical or nuclear process/process safety background will be considered.

They are looking for people with skills in process engineering, process design or operations and any skills in process safety such as; HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, consequence analysis would be an advantage. The role is to support existing Safety Consultants and provide support to Oil & Gas projects where the client would aim to train you further in these aspects and also have an excellent development programme. The positions will involve travel, both in the UK and internationally, but not for long periods at a time.

Ideally, the successful candidate must be degree qualified, preferable Chemical/Process Engineering, or a related Safety degree. You will be working as a Process engineer, Process Safety Engineer or related role. Oil & Gas industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
