The role requires Process engineering support to the Technology & Process Development Co-ordinator and the Engineering and Instrumentation Manager during Front End Loading (FEL) phases on Compact GTL projects and studies.

Required functional outputs include:

• Support the definition, scoping and managing of technical studies and FEL process engineering deliverables for GTL projects

• Coordinating and interfacing with contractor and technology suppliers to ensure the project / study schedule & technical quality requirements are met

• Quality assurance on process engineering deliverables from EC’s and Technology Providers on studies and projects

• Execute the conceptual process design activities on identified technical investigations including development of process simulations and other computer programs as required by the Technology and Process Development Co-ordinator and the Engineering and Instrumentation Manager

• Support for problem solving and performance assessment of pilot plant including equipment rating, heat & mass balances and technical evaluations

• Interface with other technical groups within the company to support the alignment of process design efforts with other development tracks including reactor design, catalyst development and engineering
