Description:

The Head of R&D will be responsible for planning and directing engineering & research and development activities for organizational products. They will operate at a strategic level in both the AAF Power & Industrial division and as a collaborative partner in the global R&D network. It will be through this joint approach that the Head of R&D will secure future product developments and influence the direction of those developments. The successful candidate will have a background in product design and be educated to a post-graduate level. They will be comfortable working at a senior, strategic business level influencing materials supply and product direction.
