Graduates are sought for our Production Management scheme and they will work in our London operation during their training period. However with operations around the world there are opportunities to work abroad once your training programme has been completed.

The engineers in the Operation directorate run the plant with its refining and packing operations. Graduates joining the company will start in a role designed to give them an opportunity to put into practice many of the ideas that they have learnt in theory, helping to improve the performance of the plant and seeing through ideas and suggestions from paper to actual operation. This is a hands-on environment and would suit anyone who wants to get out on the plant, and get involved practically. You should have good academic qualifications and good interpersonal skills backed up with a willingness to roll your sleeves up.

Chemical and mechanical engineering. Recruits will undergo a two year intensive training programme specifically designed to grow their technical, commercial and interpersonal skills.
