As an OPIM Team Leader you will lead a team of Engineers to deliver a variety of client projects.

The Operations Improvement team help our wide range of clients to maintain ‘best in class performance’, manage change, solve problems, respond to regulatory challenges and benchmark and monitor performance to meet ambitious targets.

You will be responsible for the contract management of these assignments, including contract performance and resource allocation to meet financial targets.

As part of this role you will make a significant contribution in supporting the business strategy and developing new operational improvement based products. You will also support Business Development by contributing to proposals to win work.

The job also involves contributing directly to client projects and often requires the ability to solve a wide range of challenging problems, to deliver cost effective, optimum, value adding solutions.
