Description:

Our client is a specialist custom manufacturing company, focusing primarily upon the silicon semiconductor; compound semiconductor and performance chemicals industries. The company’s strength lies in the ability to offer its customer’s access to chemicals expertise, close collaboration on the development of new materials and process integration schemes, and the ability to quickly scale-up to volume production levels. Due to significant change in their organisational structure they are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager. You will be a degree qualified chemical engineer and will have past experience of working within a speciality chemicals manufacturing environment at a senior management level.

You will supervise engineering and project management, maintenance and process development in order to maximize and optimize the use of assets to enable the business to achieve objectives. It is therefore essential that you have good communication and personal skills because you will be speaking to people both internally and externally at different levels.
